​The main practice of our approach takes a cross between Massage Therapy, Physical Therapy, Manual Osteopathic and Rolfing theories blended into a highly intelligent corrective massage and exercise plan.
The familiar types of massage modalities may include Deep Tissue, Sports Therapy, Myofascial release, Muscle energy and Trigger Point Therapy strategies to relieve  and correct patterns in the body that leads to pain and deterioration. 
After helping​ with common imbalances and dysfunctional patterns in the musculoskeletal system, c lients can be free from pain, avoiding invasive surgery or toxic pain medications to accomplish their every day task  or goals! We can educate clients on home training exercises and self therapy remedies to use at home for those stubborn pain and sore spots, helping you think outside the box.

    MAT incorporates a blended mix of massage styles that use Manipulative Osteopathy and Rolfing techniques both beneficial for realign posture, release chronic muscle tension and restore muscle performance!
  3. Deep Tissue Therapy
    Deep Tissue Massage incorporates deep pressure, it is beneficial because releases chronic muscle tension focusing on the deepest layers of muscles, tendons & ligaments.
  4. Prenatal Massage Therapy
    Prenatal care is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall health wellness. Massage relieves many of normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as back aches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches.
  5. Sports Massage Therapy
    Sports Massage helps prevent injuries to prepare the body performance, maintain optimal condition and help ease sore muscles from workouts or injuries with using a soothing heat and cooling gel.
  6. Myofascial Release
    Myofascial release is a gentle sliding pressure applied in the direction of the restriction to stretch the fascia by eliminating pain and restore motion.
